Yeah but he makes the money selling DVD's of videos he uploads to google and youtube for free.
People buying them are people who thought his work was so good they wanted a high-quality DVD copy of the video they saw for free, or wanted copies to give to friends who don't watch videos online.
I think thats pretty damn fair.
