I do wash my hands and I do spend a good deal of time doing it each time. Very hot water, very sudsy, and at least for thirty to fourty five seconds.
However I would rather rub my hands over a typical public toilet rim and then spread lotion on my face without washing, then use someone elses keyboard or worst yet cell phone. Yes even if I know them.
