It all shows how the laws are totally inept once it comes to the Internet.
But here's something that came to me. Is it legal for Pirate Bay to download/upload content they don't own is Sweden or is it legal for them to run an ISP for others to do the download/uploads?
Seems it would be strange that Sweden allows copyright infringements like that.
Now you have to prove who the uploaders are.
Also shows Pirate Bay are not some back street operation.
