Again, you don't get it. I am selling (or giving away) something I have the rights to give away, and India has the right to stop it's people from viewing it.

If Piratebay wants to create movies and software and give it away without license, more power to them. If they want to give away all the slackware, freeware, and creative commons licensed stuff in the world, more power to them.
If they want to steal from others and profit from it, they should get fucked up the ass with a broomstick without lube.
