if the issue is a serious problem, lobby the government to change the laws OR change your economic model to solve the problem.
but you don't have a right to break the law or demand protections you don't have under the current laws
that's the point
the same fair use clauses that protect torrent sites allow porn companies to produce porn parodies of copyrighted material.
How would you feel if movie studios were legally allowed to hack your sites just because they thought your site was a parody of their concepts.
