Last time I checked, giving out .torrent files containing no copyrighted material is not illegal.
The actual users of TPB are breaking the law, not TPB themselves. If they were hosting direct downloads from their site, they would be shutdown right away, but they are merely giving out instructions on where to get the material.
Will76 is un-informed as you keep saying good luck going after the hackers they are in other countries. Well this may be true, but they are going after the companies for contracting these people to damage their systems, and they have a very good chance to win. The e-mail evidence is concrete and clearly shows the intent of these companies.
It's funny that these big companies are the ones who are reduced to engaging in illegal activities when they cannot get their way.
