You guys all miss the point. ALL of you. Who the fuck cares about PB or any of those sites, you need to focus on the ACTUAL people that are providing the ACTUAL upload and ACTUAL copyrighted file(s). Start going after the end users. Make it public, let people know that they face criminal and civil actions against them for breaking the law. Do this and watch these sites start to dry up as people freak out over getting caught. You can't hide on the net, there is ALWAYS a way to track down the people providing the files.
