Addition, you could do this with any of the file sharing site, rapidshit, anyone. Get some court orders that make them give you the user information on the person that uploaded the actual file, go after that person directly. Seriously, how long do you think it would take for word of this to get around the net, that if you upload a file thats someone else's, the guys in suits are going to show up at your door. That, and the fact that those end users are not going to have the "Deep Pockets" that some of the other targets might have, should actually make it even easier.
