first of all pirate bay is not going after the hackers themselves, so there is no requirement that they respect swedish law. the companies who hired them are the ones that are being targeted (and only if they have a swedish branch).

It like hiring a hitman, if the hitman is an undercover cop who would never commit the actual crime of murder you are still guilty of breaking the law by HIRING THE HITMAN.

Pirate bay doesn't even have to prove that the hacker hired did anything, the act of hiring them is enough.

as to the evidence look at it your self pirate bay has included it as a torrent for download

you will need to use the big bad torrent protocol to get it.
