I can see where your coming from, but still think its a stretch to lump skype and bittorrent under those types of clauses in ISP TOS agreements.
When they say you cant resell or distribute your bandwidth, what they are trying to prevent is a single person in a neighborhood setting up a high powered wi-fi antennae and selling internet access to everyone nearby... things of that nature. Or one person sharing his internet connection with the entire apt building etc etc.
Anyhow.. I'll stop w/ the threadjack now.
