Your arguments are great in a teaching environment and in a classroom setting, but in the real world, TPB and all the others are operating with content that doesn't belong to them, nor to the persons hosting the content. It's theft and trafficking stolen property plain and simple.

You can be cute all day with the changing of words and scenarios.. but in the end.. you are wrong and they are wrong. I don't care how legal they are in Sweden or how legal they are in comparison to US law. It's wrong. And this thread has done more to provide me incentive than any other.

If you stand with torrents and think they are OK.. you are as big of a bastard as they are. I can't believe anyone would play the legal side of this and just say hey.. it's OK what they are doing. it really is. Glad you have your online VCR, but it's still wrong.... the 50 million users getting it for free are all wrong.
