this has nothing to do with freedom of speech. an Iranian citizen has no such rights in this country.
it would be nice for once if some of you tards would try to understand what freedom of speech is before commenting on it or trying to throw any and all speech or expression under one massive and non-existent umbrella
there are endless limits on what one can and can't say, where they can say it, how they can say it, whether or not they need a permit to do so etc. so yeah, its not unusual for a total whack job on the state depts list of state sponsors of terror who has made an endless number of highly offensive and insensitive remarks, one of which is denying the holocaust to give a speech at ground zero to the entire world for his own political gain and to pander to arab countries and his own fanatic base at home.
just like no one is going to get a permit to hold a rally at Martin Luther King Memorial Park in Seattle on the subject of why all hahahahahahas should be wiped off the face of the earth.
some would consider this to be common sense and a matter of not only a highly sensitive political issue but a simple matter of common decency and civility and respect... but i guess when you have no sense, it would be expected to pass over your heads.
maybe Bush should go to Auschwitz and talk about what caused Germans to exterminate Jews and how the numbers are inflated and how the holocaust might not have existed at all??? right? i mean thats the type of "freedom of speech" you guys are trying to defend.
