I think it's great publicity. I would love to see a formula like this...
NN for a while, then softcore posing, then a bj scene, then back to softcore, then later another bj scene, then softcore for a while, then 1-2 hardcore sex action, then back to softcore. If the site was popular in the first place it's because of the softcore action... and by giving a bj or hardcore once in a while will keep people coming back and they won't expect hardcore but they'll be excited and wish for it to happen again. I think that would do well.
