To deny you your rights.. that is funny. You have the right to download anything you like at any time without having to prove that you have the right to do so. It's just assumed. I imagine that you have original copies or membership rights to every file indexed by TPB and that you have never accessed anything more than you have a legal right to. Yep.. you and everyone else that uses it.
anyone read this link?

4.6 million torrents served up per day!!! 308 requests per second. EVEN IF WE DETERMINED THAT ALL 7 BILLION PEOPLE ON THE PLANET WERE FORGETTING EVERY SINGLE THING THEY HAVE EVER DOWNLOADED. WE ACHIEVE RIDICULOUSNESS VERY QUICKLY!!!
If TPB were the only service providing such ability... all 7 billion requests would be accomplished in 4.2 years. Seeing as there are say 100 such torrent sites (probably more like 1000).. I would assume that the requests have been taken care of and we are now into the realm of delivering content that is being passed around and abusing copyright law. But yes... TPB is not to blame.. they are just the conduit.. it's all the fault of the end user. Even YouTube is fucking around on fair use law... it's ridiculous how far this has gone and is continuing to go that way... fair use and your rights... what a fucking joke. If you want a copy.. make one... just do it on your own. Torrents are the equivalent of robbing a bank and handing out the money without prosecution.
You are not talking about preserving your right to access something as a backup. You are talking about free access to everything at anytime.
