I see a problem with that. The companies that would try that are not from the countries where that is legal. If they are from those countries that it is legal I agree fair is fair.
I don't agree with tpb but if it is legal there should be no problem with people downloading from the countries it is legal.
We did not have a copyright law before 1976 so this would have been legal before then in the USA.
