There are certain boundaries that decent webmasters do not cross. Some are laws, others are industry standards.
You sound like guys who use creative redirection methods when submitting TGP galleries. When they finally get busted for just trying to make money, it's "bullshit rhetoric" as you call it and time for a new identity and proxy.
And don't even try and say that mailing doesn't harm other webmasters. I have a very strong feeling that porn spam is the primary catalyst for a wide range of problems brought upon this industry by governments and anti-porn groups.
If you want to make an illegal financial leapfrog over honest webmasters who operate within the law, then don't expect sympathy when you get busted.
