If they are able to get a biller pulled from megarotic, the person that paid for the 1 year membership gets their money refunded. Megarotic never had the full amount to begin with, so no loss to them. They send an e-mail to the member with an offer for a minor upgrade, and no harm, no foul.

yeah thats how it works, you email your entire membership base and kindly ask them to come back and signup again. More than half of them will reply back, thanks for cancelling it for me, i had forgotten about it.
