I would go two rates
10 bucks for statics, 15 for animated.
Also price by size or you will end up doing half page ad's for 10 bucks.
Speaking of which expand your horizons a little and move into 1/2 page ad's
Your quality in design has definatly picked up dude goto new levels with it.
