I have been using one just like that for about 2 years. I can tell you the perfect vape temp. just by looking at and feeling the weed. It can take some getting used to if you're normally a smoker but it's well worth it. I vaporize exclusively.
Just as a basic guideline, start your regs at around 355 degrees F and your mids/highs/hydros at about 340 and work up from there if you don't get vapor.
The most important thing to remember is that your inhalation or the high fan setting is what pulls the heated air over the disk and releases the vapor. Very little vapor is released while the unit is just sitting there without your inhales or the high fan setting to push the heat over the disk.
