Hmmmmmmm.... round and round I go... but TPB keeps breaking the law but not really... hate how that works.
Don't see how it's tough to understand that being an accomplice to a crime makes you a criminal as well. They don't have any interest in stopping or restricting the criminal activity occuring due to their actions and their services. If I support the criminals and I provide aid to the criminals.. I am just as guilty. Hence.. they are criminals as well.
Theft and traficking stolen goods are such simple things to see.. you are either doing it, or you aren't. They are... case closed.

i have been absolutely consistant with my statement
1. some of the people are using the technology legitimately ( i don't care if it is 50% or 1%)
2. you have a responsiblitity to provide that percentage with their fair use rights for your copyright to be valid
3. You are not ( i have repeatedly given you examples on how to do it)
4. therefore TPB actions are legal both in the US and Sweden (see betamax ruling)
If you want to make their actions illegal the first thing you have to full fill you obligation under the copyright act.
You have the information (membership data) , the storage (your hosting) and the content (your content) to do it.
