The best Bittorent sites are all private trackers which have more seeders than leechers which is the problem with public sites like Pirate Bay. filelist and demonoid are 2 examples of private trackers that are 10x better than PB.

they have more seeders because they are private. With a private tracker the centralized server can maximize piece distribution in the swarm. Which in turn increases the number of potential sources for content. Which in turn makes the download faster. which results in more completed copies. And that is why you think there are more seeders than leechers.
Popularity is a virtue not vice in the bit torrent enviroment.
