That is not true... what is true is that Iraq oil production is down by alot .. reserves are still there....

Don't tell me I am confusing something about my own country. Our oil reserves were dwindling and it had nothing to do with production. We mined the oil fields we did know about almost dry. It makes no difference about the oil now because we did not know it was there. You can't produce oil you don't even know you have. Only the last few years did we happen upon untapped sources of oil in siberia and other locations and that is why we are increasing military spending because we are only now starting to be flush with oil cash. You not only don't understand what you are reading but you are trying to argue point with someone that was actually there. You don't have oil reserves if you don't know the exist. You only have oil reserves because you know they are there and you either have yet to mine them or haven't dried them up yet.
