damn what a nice guy you are. You gave him a heads up you would be banning him. Lucky him, he was able to stop the account so he wouldlt waste any traffic. Interesting. Did you keep his money? How long was he an affiliate did he just signup and start doing this ? So no warning who the guy is so the next company wont be screwed?
