Only one real question to quickbuck assuming you will answer it here since most of us do not matter anyways.
If I find a site that is using my copyrighted exclusive content to promote your program and I send you a proper DMCA via a personal non public route in a professional business like manor, would you forfeit any earned affiliate funds they pulled to me from the offending site and how much legal fighting would it take to get their information or would you honestly just give it up with a legal subpoena without a fight?
I figure you could collect the older fraudulant funds from them if you desired to do so and would have no reason to not turn over all funds earned. Specially if it was handled in a professional business like manor, or are my hopes to high?
