I think that someone like Diamond Jim spending the next 63 months in jail should be a total wakeup call to many in the industry that at some point, the penalties aren't just "a cost of doing business" but means you could spend time in a federal butt slamming prison.

My feeling is that the toolbar thing is about get blown wide open.
