You can make the same argument about contracts. A person can enter into a legally binding contract at the age of 18. So does this mean that people who are under 21 are too naive to even sign a contract? Does this mean that young men and women who decide to go into the Military right out of highschool should wait until they're 21? Hell no! But you think that a woman needs to be 21 to take her clothes off in front of a camera?
And who cares if she gets on television and says that she was only 18 and didn't know...It's not like the law is gonna come after you. She's OF LEGAL AGE...
You can't be out on the corner slinging cocaine and think you're better than other drug dealers because you don't sell Heroin....
