Fake rape sites, fake CP sites... nobody is directly harm but it just feed a wrong fantasy... And that can be dangerous...
An by being legal, it also has a desensitization effect... ( they think it no big deal..)

Sites that are illegal should be reported and taken off the net, and the developers/producers should be charged, period. Ranting and fingerpointing and firing insults at one-another on a message board probably isn't the way to go though.
And it is rather simplistic to say certain sites are "illegal" because they may be illegal in some states and countries, but perfectly legal in others.
People are going to have their fantasies whether we *feed them* or not. There are all sorts of depictions of forced sex, rape, and murder in movies and on TV. Sure we know they are "only acted-out scenes" with paid actors, so that makes it okay, right? Wrong. If it's okay for TV and movies, then it's okay for websites. Censorshjp is really an "all or nothing" kind of game... it isn't selective.
