Yes, you can see a rape on tv, describe on the news, or talk about in a song... If people want to fantasize there... be my guest... but you wont have much to fantasize about... and the goal was not to feed the fantasy but to describe something...
On the other end, if you make a movie or writting a song promoting rape... you are feeding a dangerous fantasy... and if you cannot see that... you are high or stupid...
