such a place does not exist... i just did the math using the logic formula..
Cheap = A ; Dangerous = (B) ; English = (C)
cheap (A) places are usually (B) dangerous..
cheap (A) places that are not (B) dangerous don't speak (C) english
place that are not (B) dangerous and speak (C) english, are not cheap (A)
You will never find a place that is (A), not (B) and (C)  |
