Of course so is yogurt.
i have an intolerance to dairy and yoghurt is one of the worst reactions I get along with sour cream ... lactose isn't the only irritating ingredient in dairy.

I eat mostly a vegetarian diet with about 3 serves of meat per week. I don't like how animals are mistreated to bring us meat but at the same time I believe humans need a balanced diet.

The worst thing about food is when people lecture others about what *they* do and how its the best way ... food is different for everyone, its chemistry & your body has its own chemistry so what works for someone else may make you really sick.

The person above who said the raw diet is stupid ... LOL yeah ok mr put stuff in jars but tell others to eat seasonally eating seasonally doesn't involve preserving foods - it means only eating foods that are available at that time of year.

Calling diets that work for others stupid isn't really productive ... some of us have enough trouble as it is.
