I heard this guy on the radio the other day being interviewed. His ticket was a quickpick, he purchased it from his own grocery store. He sounded like a really nice friendly guy, definitely a nice winfall for him.
I hope he manages it wisely, most people out there have no clue how to handle that much cash.
