Can't fathom what it would be like to live a whole lifetime like this.

Another month of this, and I'm gona tell my Doc

Anyone have success with a particular med?
I been off them but here is what typically worked or works for me.

Low level: Sleepy time tea or melatonin capsuls.
Mid level: 5 to 10 mg ambien or 2.5 to 5 mg valium
High level: 5 to 10 mg ambien plus 2.5 to 10 mg valium
Severe: add in 12.5 to 25 mg seroquel

I mix n match depending on issues. At the chemical level ambien gets you sleepy and valium keeps you asleep. Though valium can and often does cause vivid dreams. However if your mind is really active and the whole brain activity is keeping you awake then seroquel will nuke that issue. Problem with seroquel that does not happen with valium and or ambien is it leaves you feeling hung over still after 8 hours of sleep.

Lastly lunesta leaves a nasty metal taste in your mouth and does not work as well as ambien I personally think. Also the time released ambien cr or whatever it is called now does not work as well as the ambien valium cocktail.

At any point also feel free to add in a nice indica. I really suggest something edible if you can stand the taste otherwise smoke up.
