3 metros pitched a nightclub opp to a friend of mine...yeah what Vegas needs is another club...there just aren't enough of those.
Or better yet, how about a corner bar that not only serves good burgers but has video poker...wow original huh?
I'm going the long way to make a point.
Vegas is finally going the suburbian way, with all the new shopping centers opening up with a Chili's, Best Buy, etc.
If I were to open up a new biz in Vegas, it would be something that would cater to families. Because contrary to popular belief, they do exist here but are not catered to, well not so much until recently.
