It pissed my off yesterday. I knew the operating system was coming out, but didn't care, I drove up to apple to buy another mac mini, we are talking a 20 mile direve... got there at 3:58 with my 15 moth old and was stopped at the door, teling me that they where closed at 4 because of the relese party and I needed to come back at 6. I pulled out my iphone, and showed him I still had to minutes, and I I needed him to do was go and get me a mac mini, run may card on thier hand held scanner and I would be done.
So a second employee comes up and tells me it doesn't matter, they are closed now till 6... SOOOOO I wait around for 2 hours... actually, I went and took care of soe other little things, but when I get back at 530 there is a line of like 500 people waiting to get in.... So I went back today and bitched about it, got an apology from them and a free 30 day 1 on 1 training with them, which I will give to my wife to use.
