that is something i actually hate too. i can't count how many times i had to explain everything about exclusive content, models, prices etc. - spent hours to work everything out - and people don't even bother to reply and say "no thanks". they just never reply.
or: 6 months later they come back and ask exactly the same questions. one guy did that 3 times with me, the 4th time i told him to gfy
