I am looking to rent studio space on an ongoing basis for filming adult content. The schedule is known well in advance, and only requires about 40 hours per month of actual shoot time. The shoots rarely take place on the weekend.

I am looking for a place in the Hollywood Hills or in the Valley. Only locations with the proper permits respond please
