I did have a strange thing happen with one of my accounts a couple months ago. I hadn't been receiving checks for about 4 weeks, which was rare with this particular program. When I called CCBill to inquire, they said that for some reason my address had been "invalidated", or something like that.
They took care of the problem right away and I started getting checks from that program again the next week.
