You guys need to learn - if CCBill is the processor, you need to DMCA them as well as the site. If the site doesn't act, CCBill in effect has to act for them, or risk being liable.
If your content is on the site without permission, DMCA CCBill, get their processing pulled, and the problem will solve itself very quickly.
