His son is also a piece of shit, that was a private convo and I don't think he is racist for using the word hahahahahaha. What he was saying made sense, he just shouldnt have said it.
Its slur, it's insulting, but calling a women a bitch or a man an asshole is no different than calling a black person a hahahahahaha. Or hell he might be calling one of his co workers a hahahahahaha joking around, and he still would have jesse jackson on his ass.
People need to get past the words and understand the context and the meaning. If he said oh look there is a hahahahahaha who is as dumb as an ape because he is black, etc.. etc.. then you could leave "hahahahahaha" out and it would be racist. But just to get mad and say, ' damn hahahahahaha " damn bitch" there should be no difference between it.
