Wow, you think pretty poorly of other nations if you think we can get such basics as those.
Believe it or not, here in Canada... we have stores where you can get that stuff to. Strange huh? In fact, we export many of those things to the US.... Angus steaks, Niagara and Okanaga wines...
Seriously, you should try learning about other countries before making such ridiculous statements about them.
