Nothing there that mentions hard core and simple nudity does not constitute CP.

Maybe they do have CP and maybe they don't......So far, I see no proof even if that girl was 15, THAT is not considered CP by law.

With that said......I don't think a nude 15 year old should be allowed but I am not the one who wrote the laws that permit such things.
