Ask them or get a hold of Corvette and talk to him if you have doubts. CCbill has always been content producer friendly, you just need to serve them properly and about your own material. They can not just guess, assume, nor monitor every single site that they process for.

Yes, ccbill will shut down their account after a "FEW" producers send DMCA's to ccbill. One producer is not good enough. They want 2 or 3, which I think is fucked up, but at least they will do something if a few guys step to the plate.
