While I dont necessarily disagree with much of what you say, I can't help but point out that your point here would have probably gone a lot further and carried more weight had you not initially come off like a 14 yr old.
Try to handle your complaints a little more professionally and leave off the "sucking cock" comments. It causes people to focus on how much of a tool you are rather than the message you're trying to convey.
