Ubuntu 7.10.
It's too bad that the ATI drivers are so crappy. I tried to run World Of Warcraft under Wine in Ubuntu and I got like ~10 FPS everywhere.
But I'm sure they'll get better soon since they release parts of the code as open source or something like that.

But if you don't play games, it's great.
