I haven't heard back from my assigned support guy either, and he hasn't even signed on to icq ever since I opened the account. Luckily the 24/7 live support is there, and they take care of anything I need, FAST!
I gotta admit, so far so good with webair's cheapest virtual account. Still in the process of figuring out exactly what I want to do with it, I keep changing my mind. |
