Allow meat to marinate for about 5-6 hours.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup of finely diced onion
juice of 2 lemons
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
3 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons crumbled bay leaves
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well and store, refrigerated, in an air tight container.
