True. But most steaks are NOT good. Unless you have access to a meatcutter that knows what he's doing and HE has great beef, or live in one of the states famous for beef, Texas, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, SD/ND, etc.
I understand Australian beef is also excellent.
Florida was actually known for beef at one time. No idea why. It sucks. I have beef shipped in from Nebraska and BBQ items from Kansas City periodically just to keep tht "real beef" fresh in my mind.
