I saw this last night and was sickened by their actions. The RCMP bypassed all the options they are required to try before use of a taser. The taser is only supposed to be used in place of their firearm.
This should cost them at least their careers.

that's what i've been pissed about too.. everyone is going on about 'not using tazers' but in reality, that situation didn't call for one.
