It is not inconceivable that AFF and others that appear to be essentially underwriting wholesale theft of content, have a lot to fear from future lawsuits that enjoin them in a criminal conspiracy, and they are trying to find a way to cash in, before they are sued out of existence.

thank you... this is why i say worth is $200 mill... any company that has the $$$ to buy aff would most certaintly look at the above mentioned items. all it would take is a few well guided lawsuits would crush the overall valuation...
