Epass had my account locked a week ago or so and have yet failed to inform me why, I have sent them documents 4 times and they reply with a standard pre-written message that I have to send documents every time. The support has been very bad and the lack of information very unprofessional.

I will phase out my use of epassporte and look for other services over the next few months.
